A tire swing is hanging under the main playscape.

746.4807(a) - Measurement of Use Zone for Swings - in Front and Rear · Medium High

There were several items including a small playhouse and a picnic table in the use zone for the swings.

There is only 1-2 of loose fill under the swings hanging from the tree. There is a play climbing structure with no loose fill underneath it.

746.4907(a)(1) - Installation and Maintenance of Loose-fill Surfacing - Six Inches if Equipment 5 Ft or Less · Medium High

Loose fill under the large playscape is compacted and no longer "loose". It only acts as a protective surfacing if the mulch is loose to cushion falls.
