During a self-reported investigation, a caregiver was observed lifting a child from a sitting position by one of their arms. The child was diagnosed with nursemaid's elbow.
One child had a medication for a food allergy but did not have a food allergy plan. Another child had a food allergy plan that was not signed by the parent and did not have the medication listed in the plan. Without this medication, the food allergy plan could not be implemented.
