The operation does not have a hand washing sink in the diapering change area for infants. The current sink that is used is located in a restroom and it does not allow the caregiver to continue supervising the classroom while washing hands.

746.4805(a) - Measurement of Use Zone for Slides - in Front of Access and on Sides · Medium High

The operation has a slide that does not have proper 6 foot use zones on both sides of the slide.
