Observed two classrooms without activity plans.

Observed a bottle in the refrigerator with water in it and it had dried food around the nipple of the bottle. I spoke with the caregivers about ensuring that the bottles are cleaned each day or sent home to be cleaned.

Observed the boarder on the wall falling and peices of drywall cracked and laying the whole that the drywall had in it. The boarder was taped back to the wall.

Observed a classroom using a wash cloth to sanitize the changing station, but was not changing the wash cloth between diaper changing.
