Public records from Texas HHSC, shown in full.
A classroom was observed to be out of ratio when a group of children with a specified age group of 0-11 months was observed to have 7 children to 1 caregiver. The specified age group for 1 caregiver only allows 4 children between 0-11 months. Note: This was corrected at inspection when another caregiver went into the classroom making the room 7 children to 2 caregivers.
There was an infant that was swaddled and laying in a crib. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed the swaddle and placed the child back in the crib, laying the child on their back.
