In the classroom with children ages 2 to 4 years of age, the following electrical items were observed to be accessible to children and posed an electrical hazard: a wax warmer, a toaster, and a microwave appliance. The electrical cords were also observed to be with in the children's reach posing an additional hazard. ***corrected at inspection
