Observed the children files and none of the children files had the emergency authorization information to review.
During the review of fire safety, completed fire drill exit times were above the 3 minute time allotment. A drill was completed during the inspection for the month of February and the children exited within the 3 minute range.
During the inspection, children were being cared for in a space not approved for used by CCR. This was corrected during the inspection when the children regathered in the gym.
One caregiver was observed caring for a group of 27 children on the playground. This was corrected when the other caregiver returned.
