There were two baby walkers on the back porch. One did not have the stopper all the way down, so it could roll We asked the director about it, and she changed the position of the stopper so it could not roll.

Cleaning supplies were accessible to children in the restroom. The child lock was left off the cabinet. This was corrected at inspection when a caregiver secured the child lock.
