During an investigation, it was found that monthly feeding instructions are not being completed each month. I spoke with the staff about having parents complete the feeding instructions monthly and following the instructions.
During an investigation it was found that children have not been signed in or out for around 5-6 months. I spoke with staff and sent a sign in/out sheet to the operation to use until they can get their computer system to work again.
The childcare facility did not report communicable illnesses to Child Care Regulation within the required timeframe. This was corrected when licensing explained the ways to report covid cases.
Observed 4 children records out of 7 files and one file was missing the Authorization to obtain emergency medical care and to transport the child for emergency medical treatment
Observed the operations operational policies, the following were missing from the policies, safe sleep for infants proceedures for inclusive services to children with special needs
There were 5 caregivers that did not have verification of orientation on file. There was 1 caregiver that did not have pre-service on file.
