Fire extinguishers must be serviced annually to ensure that they are in working condition. You can get the fire extinguisher serviced by places like A1 fire or other locations that offer that service.
The operation has not completed any fire drills since opening. A fire drill was completed during the inspection and the children and staff were able to exit in 49 seconds. There was not an emergency form for review. A emergency drill form was emailed to the operation to document the drill.
Observed a child being changed on their cot. The cot had a sheet on it and the chilld's diaper was being changed. This was corrected when I explained to the provider that they must use the diaper changing table that is available for diaper changing.
Observed 4 out of 6 children files. Two children did not have a health statement on file at the operation.
