At inspection, all 3 caregivers were out of ratio due to staff shortage. Each of them had over 26 children. A fourth caregiver arrived during the inspection, which allowed them to be in ratio.
At inspection, two children at the operation had medication, that was not in it's original prescription packaging.

The outdoor area has a fence that blocks access to a creek. There was a hole found in the fence during inspection. A repair had been made previously, but it was no longer keeping the hole inaccessible to children. The operation stated they have put in a work order and will be keeping children away from that part of the playground until the repair is made.
