There were also metal stakes that were sticking up from the border of the playgrounds, which were corrected when they were stepped on to make them go back into the ground.
Observed multiple classrooms without bottles labled with the infants first name and last initial, this was corrected when the bottles were labled.

During the inspection, the caregiver stated that two of the children were under 12 months. Documentation was provided to show they were all over 12 months, during a follow up to another citation.
