102371 Fire Safety Clearance (a) A fire safety clearance approved by the city or county fire department, the district providing fire protection services, or the State Fire Marshal shall be required for a large family child care home. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because the licensee stated that she used one bedroom which is off-limited area and not approved by fire department for daycare use but LPA did not observe any children were using this room which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
(c) The licensee and other personnel as specified shall complete training on preventive health practices, including pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which has expired on 03/2022, poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
