Infant Care Activities: All infants shall be given the opportunity to sleep without distraction or disturbance from other activities at the center whenever the infant desires. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: one infant child was moved to a room on 03/25/24 with no separate crib area at almost 8 months of age. Children nap on cots in the classroom the child was moved to and have scheduled nap times (12:30 PM to 2:30 PM). This presents a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
