Show Parents You're Independently Rated

Shortlist scores childcare providers across safety, staff, curriculum, parent experience, and value. A and B-rated programs earn a badge they can display anywhere — website, social media, enrollment materials. Every badge links parents directly to your full Shortlist profile.

Why Display Your Score

How It Works

  1. We email you your badge with embed code for your website (light and dark versions).
  2. Copy the code and paste it into your website, or save the badge image for social media and print materials.
  3. Parents see your rating and click through to your full Shortlist profile. The badge stays current automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the badge cost anything?
No. The badge program is free for all scored providers. There is no paid tier, no upsell, and no catch.
Can I improve my score?
Yes. Scores reflect the data we can find. If your public records are incomplete, submit your data and we'll update the score based on verified information. Our full methodology is published at shortlist.guide/methodology.
What if I disagree with my score?
Email us. We'll explain exactly how we arrived at it and update the score if the evidence warrants it. Every score is based on our published rubric — no black boxes.
Can I use the badge on social media?
Absolutely. Right-click the badge image to save it, or screenshot it. Use it on Instagram, Facebook, your Google Business listing, enrollment packets — anywhere you want parents to see you're independently rated.
Will my badge update if my score changes?
Yes. The embedded badge loads your current score in real time from Shortlist. If your score goes up (or down), the badge reflects it within an hour.
Do providers with C or D scores get a badge?
Every scored provider has a badge available. We email badge codes to A and B-rated providers proactively, but any provider can request their embed code by emailing us.
