During the investigation, A caregiver was observed taking a child out to wash hands, while leaving a group of children unattended.
During the inspection a child with a diagnosed allergy, had an expired epi-pen in the first aid kit. This was corrected during the inspection when epi-pen was removed from the kit to be given back to the parent.
